 Hails from our sister diocese of Bamenda in Cameroon and was ordained on 30th March 2016. Served as an assistant priest on the island of Guernsey prior to his transfer to English Martyrs in September 2022

In March 2024, he was appointed by Bishop Philip to the role of Episcopal Vicar for Evangelisation for the Portsmouth Diocese. 

 

 

Fr. Samuel Alabi, MSP

Originally from Nigeria, Fr Samuel was incardinated into the Missionary Society of St Paul in 2007 and ordained priest on 21st June 2008. After his ordination, he served in Abeokuta Diocese (Nigeria) from 2008 to 2009. Subsequently, he was appointed to assist in the MSP Mission Development Office in Nigeria from 2009 to 2014. He was later assigned to the MSP UK Region in 2014 and served in Scotland until 2021. Most recently, he has served in the Archdiocese of Southwark as Rector of the MSP Regional House and Parish Priest of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, Brixton, South London.
